About the role
Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our remote team in our BMW & MINI Division.
As a Sytner Parts Advisor in this home based role, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers.
You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist with taking retail parts and accessories calls as well as overflow calls to assist our in Centre teams.
You will also help take responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
Sytner Parts Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within BMW and the motor industry and be IT and Kerridge literate.
High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role.
Fantastic communication skills are essential as you will be talking to customers over the phone.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
