Classroom365 is a leading Managed IT Services Provider exclusively supporting the Education Sector. We are looking for skilled IT Support Consultants to join our progressive team in London on a 12 month rolling contract basis with many of our engineers working with us for over 10 years.

About Us

We provide a comprehensive range of IT and allied to IT services to the education sector across London and the Home Counties. Our SLA's include full support of network infrastructure, AV installations and maintenance, IT suite refurbishments and remote backup services.

With over 25 years’ experience educational background in London schools, the British Council and LEAs, Classroom365 has the wealth of knowledge and confidence necessary to provide excellent support and advice to schools.

We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge and provide full support to LEA and advisors, front and back-office operations, school network managers and ICT Co-ordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves providing on-site technical support and advice to our clients
Advising clients on potential for school infrastructure project work based on their SLA in Schools
We currently support schools in the following boroughs; Greenwich, Southwark, Wandsworth, Lambeth, Croydon, Lewisham, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, and Brent so travel to some client sites within these areas may be required
Required Skills:

Strong IT Support skills, and ability to work diversely
Strong Customer Services Skills
Well-mannered and Presentable
Office 365 Administration including Microsoft Teams
Google Workspace for Education
Wireless Networking (Wifi, WLAN)
Windows 2016, 2019,2022 Active Directory and Group Policy experience desirable
Mobile Device Management (MDM) – Ipads, Google ChromeBooks, windows devices
Apple experience desirable
Workstation deployment – WDS and MDT
Networking knowledge – switching, domain environment, hard troubleshooting
Strong Team Player
Successful candidates will need to pass a DBS check and be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
