Job Description
Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive
Ark Search are currently recruiting for a well established, high street practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join them on a permanent basis due to expansion. This is an opportunity to join a small friendly team with lots of support and opportunity for career development.
Duties will include:
Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception to completion
Dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold files
Handling own title checks
Dealing with re-mortgages, newbuilds, right to buys and help to buys The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Qualified by Experience with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Experienced managing a residential conveyancing caseload is essential. Applications will be considered outside of these parameters.
This role can be either on a full time or part time basis. There is also the option of hybrid working.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
