Regional Sales Leader

£70,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + Car/Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Other Benefits

Home Based – Covering the Midlands and South of England

Are you a Sales Leader or Manager from a Plant Machinery or similar background, looking to lead the development of an established but growing sales team?

This is an excellent opportunity where your role will be to lead and develop as opposed to managage, of a team turning over in excess of £60million a year.

This international company are a market leader within construction machinery and are renowned for the quality of its service, but also the development of its employees.

In this varied role you will lead the development of the team and deal directly with key B2B sales.

This role would a Sales Leader or Manager from a Plant Machinery or similar background.

The Role:

· Develop and grow the team
· Directly liaising with key business owners
· Home based and covering an area south of Chester/Stoke/Leicester/Peterborough

The Person:

· Sales Manager / Leader
· Plant Machinery or Similar background
· Looking to lead the development of a team
