Job Description

Job Title: Commercial/Commercial Tech Solicitor    

Ark Search are pleased to be working with a modern, forward thinking, commercial law firm with multiple offices across the UK, who are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join them due to expansion.

This client have really exciting growth plans forecast and are looking for junior or senior level candidates to develop the department. The role can be fully remote or based at any of their offices.  They offer flexible working and part time working arrangements.

Duties will include:

Managing own caseload of commercial matters as well as working collaboratively on projects with the rest of the team
Drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements as well as terms and conditions
Working with a variety of clients including start ups in digital, tech and IT sectors Applications will be considered from experienced Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE +

Salary: Competitive + Bonus (DOE)
