Job Description

Title: Scrum Master Delivery Manager

Location: Predominantly working from home

I am looking to speak to an experienced Scrum Master who is tenacious, hard working, a people person and looking for an exciting next step in their career in the education space!

The Role:

This role sits in the Delivery Management team made up of Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA engineers and Scrum Masters, reporting into the Delivery Management Director.

This role will manage and support all Scrum activity and activity co-ordination for three squads (B2B and B2C).

Responsibilities:

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies
Remove any blockers that may impact the squads ability to deliver
Planning- lead collaborative, effective planning process and manage work and its prioritisation
Training of new sqaud members
JIRA administration for the squads
User story quality
Product backlog management

What they are looking for:

A minimum of 5 years experience working as a scum master in a well-functioning agile environment
The ability to lead a team
Experience working with internal teams of QAs, software developers, product managers, and business analysts in agile environments
Hands on experience of JIRA administration
Excellent knowledge of Agile and Kanban
Scum Master certification
Someone who is a thought leader, has strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and is comfortable dealing with peers and senior stakeholders and is overall a positive and outgoing person
