Senior Civil Engineer (drainage and highways)
Salary up to £48,000

An established civil/ structural engineering consultancy based in West Wales has an exciting new role for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
Due to growth, my client is looking for an ambitious Civil Engineer looking for their next step, or an Associate Civil Engineer looking for a new challenge.
This is a key role where you will be involved with aspects of running the business, but also still getting involved in the design/ engineering. You will be working on drainage, SuDs, external works/ highways design while directing technicians and engineers.
Projects are interesting and varied, with no two days being the same. Projects include; residential, commercial, industrial and education. Microdrainage experience is highly beneficial.
To be considered for this Senior Civil Engineer role you must be/ have:
MEng/ BEng in Civil Engineering (or similar) and ideally either be Chartered (ICE) or working towards Chartership
Have a number of years' experience at either Senior or Associate level
Experience of mentoring and managing teams of technicians and engineers
Expert experience within infrastructure/ drainage/ highways design
Ideally you will have MicroDrainage experience
Experience managing and maintaining business relationships
Strong communication skills
