Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Colchester
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 pa dependant on experience
Type of Work: Full time, Permanent role
Hours: Full time-40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

We are now looking to appoint a highly talented individual to grow our dedicated healthcare desk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of the growth of a brand new desk within the sector. We already have a strong client base within the following sectors:
Children’s Services
Mental Health
Substance Misuse/Homelessness
Elderly learning disabilities
NHS
Previous recruitment experience is essential, although individuals with account management experience and strong customer service skills will also be considered for this challenging, but highly rewarding role.
Key duties will include:
Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities
Identify, progress and convert sales leads
Manage and profitably develop client relationships
Develop and recruitment campaigns to identify suitable candidates
Be responsible for the "360 recruitment" and on-boarding of new candidates
Maintain strong relationships built on trust and honesty with clients and care assistants
Ensure that all necessary administration, payment and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies.
Understand and meet agreed KPI’s and financial targets
Develop expertise of market rates and conditions within your sector in order to consult with candidates and clients.
Conduct regular service reviews with both clients and candidates to ensure continuous improvement
Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities.
We are looking for:
A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills.
Previous recruitment experience within health and social care – ideal
General experience of health & social care sector -preferred however not essential
Experience of a customer focussed and/or sales/account management role
Demonstrable ability to develop business relationships.
Excellent communication skills with an empathetic nature to both candidates and clients
