Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in estate agency or new homes
A great team player
Able to provide consistently high levels of customer service
Personable, warm and outgoing person with exceptional rapport building skills
Excellent communication skills
Package for the Senior Site Sales Negotiator:
Basic: £32k – £36k (depending on experience)
OTE: £70k
Hours: 5 days on / 2 days off. 9:30am-6pm (Mon-Fri), Saturdays on a rota (10am-5pm).
