Service Administrator
Based at a Workshop in Willenhall
You'll be ideally based in on of the following locations: Willenhall, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Wednesbury, Dudley, West Bromwich, Cannock
£20,000 + Training + Days Based Role (Half Day Friday) + Industry Leading Company + Excellent Benefits
Are you a Service administrator from a customer service background looking for the opportunity to join an ever growing company and that provides training alongside a close knit team?
On offer is the opportunity to have a long term secure role where you will be working in a well established office. The company are known for valuing their staff and offering a great place to work.
The organisation are the worlds leading manufacturing and suppliers of fasteners and assembly systems. You will working to support the administration of the engineering department, which will vary from preparing forecasts and budgets to supporting external sales activity.
The role would suit a Service Technician with Electro-Mechanical engineering background.
The Role:
Order quotation processing
Liaise with and Support external sales activity for quotations, brochures, samples etc
Communicate activities and trends to the Manager as requested
Working mainly on site with occasional visits to sister companies in Europe for training
The Person:
Customer service administrator with technical experience
Ideally has worked in a technical sales environment
Looking for a great work life balance with a 1pm finish on a Friday
