Shakespeare Medical Practice Practitioners Required (GP/ACP/ANP/ECP/Nurse Practitioners/Clinical Pharmacist/Practice Nurse) – Highly Competitive Locum Rates 

One of our Healthcare Partners is currently recruiting for practitioners for Shakespeare Medical Practice. The practice is situated within Burmantofts Health Centre. Alongside GP appointments, they offer the following services:

Annual LTC Health Reviews
Cervical Screening
6-8 week baby checks
Childhood Immunisations
Midwifery Services
Lifestyle Coaching
Travel Vaccinations and Advice
New Patients Health Check
NHS Health Checks
Social Prescribing Services and many moreStaff Groups Utilised:

General Practitioners
Advanced Clinical Practitioners
Advanced Nurse Practitioners
Emergency Care Practitioners
Nurse Practitioners
Clinical Pharmacist
Practice NurseShift Patterns – Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30, Saturday 08:00 to 16:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 14:00.
  
Requirements:

GMC/NMC/GPhC Registered and practicing as one of the following; GP, ACP, ANP, ECP, Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist or Practice Nurse
Hold recent primary care experience
An Independent Prescriber (Non-Prescriber Considered)
Able to see and treat people of all ages autonomously
Minor Illness and Minor Injury at minimum level 6
Smartcard and knowledge of SystmOneHow To Apply
