Software Development Manager, Dublin
I'm looking for number of strong Software Development Managers to take charge and drive forward the Development department of one of our core clients following a restructure.
We're hoping you bring to the table a wealth of management and technical leadership experience, a technical background and ability to stuck into things with the tech team when required (you won't have to code, but you might have to review some code), and a true passion and enthusiasm for what you do! My client have a great culture which contributes to their high tenure and you'll be a core part of it's promotion.
Requirements:
Experience leading/managing multi-disciplinary software teams
Experience leading/managing multiple teams at once
Experience working in and promoting an agile methodology
Experience with development people/teams to promote retention
Ability to work in a heterogeneous technical environment with a multitude of tech, C#, .Net, PHP, NodeJS, GCP, JavaScript, iOS etc. Ideally you will have experience with C# .Net or NodeJS either hands on or from a management perspective
