£38,000 – £43,000 + Progression, Bonus, Overtime & Great benefits

An excellent opportunity for an engineer with a background in the HVAC industry looking to progress their career in a supervisory role, within a business focused on training and developing their staff, alongside a range of great benefits.
This well-established business has sustained growth in the industry and now they are looking for an experienced HVAC engineer to join their team at their workshop in Andover – in a supervisory role. They are recognised for their great investment in their workforce, reflected in their low staff turnover.
In this varied role, you will be overseeing other engineers in the build and assembly of specialist air conditioning systems. The right candidate will have electrical competencies and a background in ventilation systems.
This ideal candidate would be an engineer experienced in HVAC building and installation, looking to develop their career in a supervisory role.
The successful candidate will benefit from strong bonus incentives, overtime opportunities and internal & external training.
The Role:
Supervising other engineers
Overseeing assembly of air conditioning & ventilation Systems
Training and progression into senior roles.
£25,000 – £30,000 + Training, Progression, Bonus, Overtime & Great benefits
The Person:
Assembly experience (HVAC ideally)
Commutable to the Andover workshop
