Assistant Site Manager – Eastbourne – New Build Residential development – £220 to £230 a day
Our client are a boutique residential developer that specialise in modular apartment builds, and they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on site in Eastbourne.

* Approx 60 units
* Mixture of specifications
Duties for an Assistant Site Manager
* Assisting the Site Manager
* Doing inductions
* Taking in deliveries when needed
* Finishing
* Managing sub-contractors
* Taking plots from finals to CMLs
Package on offer for an Assistant Site Manager:
* £220 to £230 a day
* On-going work with the possibility to go permanent
