Fire and Security Regional Account Manager
Sitewatch Fire & Surveillance Limited was founded in 2002 by Managing Director, John Karvaski, and has a strong team of security and fire safety experts across the business. Building on the security-focused technology solutions already provided by Clearway, Sitewatch adds automated fire and life safety systems whilst also enhancing the Groups CCTV and access control offering. Sitewatch has recently become part of the Clearway Technology business unit where its security specialists will further expand the knowledge and experience of Clearway’s existing team, specifically in the area of fire security and safety.
A fantastic opportunity has now become available as part of our growth plan for 2022 for a Regional Account Manager.
The successful candidate will benefit from:

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Fire and Security sector Regional Account manager to prospect and develop the North of the UK, ideally based in the West Yorkshire area. We need a motivated, proactive and target driven individual with strong proven business development skills.
You will have the desire and drive to succeed and be prepared to work within a predominately new business role. You will engage/work with: Local Authorities, Major Contractors, Facilities Management firms, large, medium and small businesses within an array of sectors.
You’ll need to be flexible and willing to travel nationally and staying away from home when required.
Key factors:
* Proven sales and new business development experience
* Understanding of fire and security technical standards
* Can communicate appropriately at multiple levels
* Knowledge of electrical industry, including electrical wiring standards/requirements
* Experience to configure – price – quote
* Proven prior experience in customer service and relationship management
* Proven and proof of your success in results against targets
* Contacts from previous employment is very beneficial especially within: The North of England
* You will have excellent time management & journey planning skills
* I.T. literate
