Job Description
LOADERS – Counterbalance Forklift Drivers NEEDED!
Blue Arrow are recruiting 5 x Counterbalance Fork Lift drivers to perform as loaders for a leading national account based in Magna Park, Lutterworth.
Immediate starts available – on going roles!
Full Time hours are available with regular overtime hours – Monday to Friday shifts with Temporary Skills Payment for Loaders in Magna Park Warehouse of £60 per week!
Temporary to permanent potential
No weekend work!
Shift Patterns:
The following shift patterns are available:
06:00 – 14:15, day shift rate: £11.03
16:00 – 00:15, day shift rate: £11.03, PREMIUM night shift rate from 21:00 – £14.67
22:00 – 06:15, PREMIUM night shift rate from 21:00 – £14.67 + day shift rate from 06:00 £11.03
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Working on your own and as part of friendly inclusive team
* Moving or placing materials manually or with the use of vehicular (FLT valid ITSSAR licenses required)
* Loading & unloading vehicles and / or containers of any sort
* Working in a variety of areas in loading department: including warehouse and outside yard
* Due to nature of the business please be aware of work in any part of the warehouse, including yard, on and off the FLT truck
* General warehouse duties including heavy manual handling, wrapping, sortation, scanning, labelling, tipping, and housekeeping
* Being a competent operator of all relevant computer-based systems (e.g., warehouse operating systems NWMS, WCS and transport systems, e.g., TraX)
* loading / unloading trailers – full training will be provided

Job role requirements / client's site rules expectation:
* Valid Forklift ITSSAR licence
* DBS, Basic Criminal record check (to be requested by the employer)
* Forklift medical / fitness certificate provided by candidate prior employment
