The Role – PMLD Teaching Assistant
To become a successful candidate for this PMLD Teaching Assistant role, you must have experience working with students that have Physical Disabilities. Your job will be to provide assistance to PMLD pupils that struggle to perform daily activities due to their individual needs. You will be responsible for working 1:1 with them and ensuring they are able to meet their Learning Objective by the end of the lesson.
The School – PMLD Teaching Assistant
This SEN school aims to take young adults between 19 and 25 with Vision impairments, Hearing impairments and Multi-Sensory impairments. It is located in Lambeth and can easily be found if you were to arrive via public transport. Around 200 students attend this SEN school and after its latest inspection in 2019, Ofsted awarded the school a 'good' rating.
