Job Description
Administrator – Full time – Ipswich
Based in their central Ipswich office, or client is seeking a full time administrator to ensure the smooth running of their department.
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the team. The role will include liaising with customers, clients, and companies, as well as updating in-house systems and dealing with telephone enquiries, with the working hours being Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be working alongside a well-established team in an exciting office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle repair files accurately on in-house systems within client specific processes.
Arrange independent inspections when requested.
Update drivers and policyholders.
Support the engineering team
Maintaining mailbox.
Assist in general administration to ensure smooth running for the team.Essential Skills:
Good communication skills
Good IT Skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a team or to own initiative.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role would be beneficial but not a requirement
Results orientated.
