Our Client are looking for a experience Design Engineer to join their existing team you will be working with customers to measure and quote for bespoke work, organising design and drawing and arranging fitting. Developing new business with customers who have multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers to obtain accurate measurements, producing detailed quotes.

• Liaise with customers to identify their requirements. Create manufacturing drawings or brief Draughtsman to provide accurate designs for production, subject to workload / capacity.

• Arranging fitting with customers, managing and assisting the fitting team to ensure completion to customers timescale

• Identifying new opportunities with existing customers, extending the reach of C & C Fabrications to new sites.

• Maintain an open diary, planning visits and workload to ensure efficient use of time.

• Follow up existing quotes and establish decision dates, criteria for success and any need for refinement of the quote.

• Keep existing quotations up to date, including making amendments, providing new cost estimates, and maintaining communication with the client

• Qualify leads, sift enquiries generated from marketing campaigns.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients keeping a sales-minded attitude, and seek out and build relationships with new clients
• Work with Production Manager and Production Staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of jobs.
