Job Description
Recruitment Administrator / Facilitator
Full-Time (Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week) and Permanent.
Location: Lennoxtown, Glasgow (Remote / Hybrid / work from home)
Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 (Negotiable dependant on experience)
We are looking to appoint someone with solid administrative and customer services skills to assist with the growth and exciting trajectory of our recruitment business by contributing to our delivery a premium hiring process.

The purpose of this role is to provide initial administrative support while learning to assist different parts of our recruitment business.
Responsibilities of the role: Working with this busy team and assisting with website advertising, facilitation of shared mailboxes, assisting in securement of QA compliance and employment legal practices, booking interviews for our candidates, for our major key clients, auditing and updating candidate and client database, through to assisting with the management of trackers, spreadsheets and reports.
Ideal Skills and experience * Proven experience from an administrative and/or customer services background or similar industry * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail * Ability to multitask * Ability organise and prioritise workload * Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office. * Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
