Electrical (18th Edition) Working Supervisor – Static Site – West Edinburgh – 38K
A new opportunity for a Electrical Bias Facilities working supervisor to join a static site in the West of Edinburgh. This is a first class opportunity for an experienced Facilities Electrical Engineer looking for their first step into management as the position will be a mixture of self delivery on site along with being accountable for the cost management, service delivery and front facing services. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and effective management for a wide range of hard and soft services.
Ensuring compliance with legislation, quality and health and safety at site.
Coordinate local budgets with Regional FM.
Approve invoices
Delivery all FM operations in accordance to KPI and SLAs
Provide technical support
Coordinate with operations team and 3rd party suppliers and monitor
Conduct monthly reports
Maintain monthly asset registersTo be considered :
18th Edition
Facility maintenance experience
Previous supervisory experience / or looking for that first opportunity
Driving license
Excellent communication skills
Client facing
Hands on approach
