Job Description
We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to undertake client-side cost management of works.
-Ensuring refurbishment and major works run to agreed cost parameters
-Cost analysis of projects to ensure that they are financially viable prior to the commencement of works
-Preparation of professional tender and contract documentation
-Lead on tenders for new contracts and analysis of tenders
-Effective management of budgets and spend
Candidates should have significant experience of working as a QS, with experience of JCT contract form, schedule of rates and should have excellent financial and budgetary skills.
